General Location - The Studio is right next to the Brooklyn Bridge about two blocks from the water, so if you get lost just find the Brooklyn Bridge.


  • VIA Manhattan Bridge from Manhattan: For cars and trucks
    • Cross over the Manhattan Bridge.
    • Make a right on Tillary Street.
    • Travel a few blocks and make a right on Jay Street.
    • Travel a few blocks on Jay Street and continue straight, going just beyond the entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge to Sands Street. This runs parallel to the bridge entry. Make sure you don't get on the bridge.
    • Left onto Sands Street. Continue on Sands and as you turn the corner (the only way you can go) the name of the street changes to Adams Street.
    • Stay on Adams 'til you hit York Street.
    • Left on York Street and travel about 1.5 blocks to the large industrial building which is 35 York Street.
    • There is a black door marked 35 York. We are on the 12th floor.
    • Loading Dock. Just continue on York to the end of the building and you will see the loading dock. There is a freight elevator.

  • Via: Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan (No trucks allowed!)
    • Cross the Brooklyn Bridge and take the first exit on the right. The sign will say Brooklyn Queens Expressway/Cadman Plaza West,
    • Bear hard right off the exit (follow sign to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway).
    • As you make this right you will be on Prospect Street for just a bit and you will travel under an overpass at which time you will make your first left.
    • Left onto Washington Street.
    • Left onto York Street. The large building on the corner is #35.
    • We are on the 12th floor.

  • From the BQE Heading East (From Queens or Long Island)
    • Get off the exit marked Cadman Plaza/Brooklyn Bridge. Stay to the right--do not go onto the Brooklyn Bridge. Make a right at the end of the exit which is Old Fulton Street and then almost immediately make a right onto Front Street. Continue several blocks to Washington Street.
    • Make a right onto Washington Street.
    • Make a right onto York Street.
    • 35 York Street is right on the corner.
    • Take the elevator to the 12th floor.

  • Parking: When you turn onto Washington Street you will see a parking lot on your left.

    • From Kennedy Airport
      • Van Wyck or Grand Central to Long Island Expressway.
      • Exit onto the Brooklyn Queens Expressway.
      • Get off at the exit marked Cadman Plaza/Brooklyn Bridge. Stay to the right--do not go onto the Brooklyn Bridge. Make a right at the end of the exit which is Old Fulton Street and then almost immediately make a right onto Front Street. Continue several blocks to Washington Street.
      • Make a right onto Washington Street.
      • Make a right onto York Street.
      • 35 York Street is right on the corner.
      • Take the elevator to the 12th floor.

    • Directions from Subway

      • #2 or #3 Train
        • #2 or #3 Train to the first stop in Brooklyn which is Clark Street. When you exit the station walk down Henry Street toward the Brooklyn Bridge and the water.
        • When you get to the intersection of Cranberry Street and Henry go right and cross the street and go to the other side of the small park.
        • When you cross the street go left (you are on Cadman Plaza) and continue to walk toward the water. When you go under the overpass the street name changes to Washington St.
        • Continue to York Street and make a left and we are right there. The address is #35 York Street and the studio is on the 12th floor.

      • A Train
        • Take A Train to High Street, first stop in Brooklyn. You want to be at the rear of the train. Go up stairs, up escalator, up another flight of stairs to street.
        • Turn immediately to your left and cross the street which will be Cadman Plaza. Straight ahead will be a small park. Follow the path across park bearing left. Path merges into street, Cadman Plaza East.
        • Walk down two blooks, walking directly under the Brooklyn Bridge overpass, and make a left onto York Street. Our address is 35 York Street and the Studio is on the 12th floor.

      • F Train
        • Take F Train to York Street, first stop in Brooklyn. Make sure you are on the rear of the train. Go up corridor, up stairs to street.
        • Turn immediately to your right.
        • Make your first left onto York Street. Walk across two blocks, walking directly under the Manhattan Bridge. Studio EIS is located at 35 York Street, at the intersection of York and Washington. The studio is on the 12th floor.
